Career Management Program

Delivered in one-on-one sessions, this four week course is designed to be a frank and honest interaction between participant and facilitator.

By attending individualised sessions, candidates can be appraised for their own personal skills and attributes and can focus on their own necessary developments, rather than trying to learn from a standardised group-based course.

Candidates will receive resume writing tips, interview technique workshops, management development, executive coaching and exclusive assistance finding the job of their dreams. Candidates will also be invited to join the AAR Network.
