Delivered in one-on-one sessions, this four week course is designed to be a frank and honest interaction between participant and facilitator. It is based on a solid foundation of trust and respect, in order to gain the maximum benefits. By attending individualised sessions, candidates can be appraised for their own personal skills and attributes and can focus on their own necessary developments, rather than trying to learn from a standardised group-based course.
The course focuses on developing a career plan and heightening the skills needed to fulfil that plan. Candidates will receive resume writing tips, interview technique workshops, management development, executive coaching and exclusive assistance finding the job of their dreams.
